About customs. Orders shipped from Australia or overseas may be checked by NZ Customs. This is standard and doesn't affect the product. Every parcel arrives in plain, unmarked packaging.

We stand behind our products.

All RealDick products are made from body-safe, medical-grade silicone. It's non-porous, hypoallergenic, and free from phthalates, latex, and BPA. Safe for sensitive skin and allergies.

Cleaning. Wash before first use and after every use with warm water and mild soap. The non-porous surface won't absorb fluids or bacteria, so it stays clean easily.

Storage. Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Store separately from other silicone products to avoid material reactions.
