We ship to New Zealand from several locations, depending on stock and product availability:
In-Stock Items — Shipped from Our New Zealand Warehouse

For products held in our New Zealand warehouse, orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, with delivery typically taking 2–4 business days.
Regional Stock — Shipped from Our Australian Warehouse

For items stocked at our Australian warehouse (Regents Park, NSW), orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, with delivery to New Zealand typically taking 4–6 business days via tracked shipping.
Made-to-Order Items — Shipped Directly from Our Factory

For made-to-order items, your order is dispatched directly from our factory. Processing takes 1–3 business days, with delivery to New Zealand typically taking 5–7 business days via tracked shipping.
Note on Customs

Orders shipped internationally (from our Australian warehouse or factory) may be inspected by NZ Customs to assess any applicable import duties or GST. This is a routine process and will not damage the product. All parcels are sealed in plain, unmarked packaging.

We stand behind our products.

All RealDick products are made from body-safe, medical-grade silicone. It's non-porous, hypoallergenic, and free from phthalates, latex, and BPA — safe for people with sensitive skin or allergies.

Wash before first use and after each use with warm water and mild soap. The non-porous surface won't absorb fluids or bacteria, making it easy to keep clean. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and separate from other silicone products.

No additional fees for orders to New Zealand. Our prices include NZ GST (15%), and most orders fall under the NZ Customs threshold for additional duties.

For orders shipped from our Australian warehouse (Regents Park, NSW) or from our manufacturing facility in China, NZ Customs may inspect parcels but no additional payment is typically required from you. Your total at checkout is what you pay — no surprises at delivery.
